Terms and Conditions

Copyright and all intellectual property rights of purchased images remain with the photographer or owner in all circumstances. Purchased images are for personal use only. Commercial use of the images (whole, in part, or modified in any way) is prohibited, as is publication, except on personal web pages.

Contract for sale of the image(s) is with the photographer.

Images are stored on our servers and available for download for 90 days from the date of the event and then deleted. After this time images can be retrieve from off-line storage for up to one year after the event.

Unlawful publication is subject to a minimum £1000 charge.

Under Section 6.1(e) of THE CONSUMER PROTECTION (DISTANCE SELLING) REGULATIONS 2000 the purchase of these images is exempt from the statutory seven day cooling off (refund) period. Once payment has been made and accepted the electronic files CANNOT be returned to us for a refund or exchanged for a different file.

Only digital images are sold through 21C Photos Ltd NOT photographic prints.

21C Photos Ltd cannot be held liable for actions or failures of any third party suppliers.

By purchasing a digital image through 21C Photos Ltd you agree to accept and abide by these terms and conditions.
